the free bus tickets were a great bonus. staff were super friendly and accommodating, assisting with directions and local tips. the underground parking was convenient, especially given the weather. i also appreciated the proximity to the roam transit stop, with access to downtown.
the hotel lacks a restaurant or bar onsite, so i had to walk a bit for meals.

I found the room adequately sized and clean. The service at the front desk was quick, and the staff were always happy to help. The hot tub was a delight after a day hiking. I also appreciated the convenient location with free bus passes, made getting around easy.
I did notice that the hallway carpets looked a bit worn and could use some updating.

noisy air conditioningunavailable change
the room was pretty dark. the air conditioning unit made quite a bit of noise, it was difficult to sleep. i also had trouble getting change for the laundry machine, the receptionist directed me to a service station. i think they should have had change available at the front desk.
